The warm weather is finally here, and Bagno La Rotonda is reopening! After months of preparation, we are ready to welcome you back to our seaside oasis. The beach, restaurant and all our other areas are ready to offer you special moments filled with the scent of summer and freedom. This year, we have come up with lots of new ideas to make your time with us even more enjoyable, starting with a new menu that celebrates freshness and quality. The reopening of Bagno La Rotonda brings with it a breath of fresh air, without losing the family atmosphere that makes us unique. We have worked hard to offer you an even more complete experience: new spaces designed for your relaxation, attentive service and a renewed culinary offering to surprise you every day.
Whether it’s for lunch with a sea view, an afternoon on the beach or an aperitif at sunset, every moment here is special. Our goal is to make you feel at home, surrounded by the beauty of the sea and the authentic flavours of our cuisine. The new restaurant menu: fresh flavours and recipes to discover
For the 2025 season, the Bagno La Rotonda restaurant invites you to discover a completely new menu, which highlights the creativity and quality of the ingredients. The starters surprise with their original combinations, such as burrata with Cantabrian anchovies and tomato granita, or tuna tartare with rice crisps and soy mayonnaise. The first courses feature intense and refined combinations: spaghetti with clams, lupini beans, pistachios and bottarga, linguine with bisque and shrimp tartare, paccheri alla genovese with octopus and tagliatelle with white sausage ragù. The main courses will win you over with dishes such as tuna tataki or fried calamari with orange mayonnaise. The experience is rounded off with a selection of delicious, fresh, homemade desserts.
The pizzeria also reopens on Saturday 3 May: fragrant pizzas and excellent ingredients
From Saturday 3 May, the pizzeria also returns to Bagno La Rotonda, ready to win you over with light dough, perfect cooking and the highest quality ingredients. From the authentic aroma of the classic Marinara to more indulgent offerings such as Melanzana Bruciante with ‘nduja and salted ricotta, every pizza reflects our passion for simplicity and taste.
There are also great classics such as the Margherita D.O.P., the Napoli with anchovies and capers, or more indulgent creations such as the Fiori&Alici with stracciatella and yellow datterino tomatoes. There are also plenty of options for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan choices, with pizzas rich in fresh vegetables and Mediterranean aromas. Opening hours for the 2025 season
In this initial phase of the season, the restaurant and pizzeria at Bagno La Rotonda are open for lunch every day from 12:00 to 14:00. On Saturdays, we are open until 11:00 pm, offering delicious aperitifs and relaxed dinners with a sea view. Please note that these opening hours are provisional and may be extended with the arrival of the summer season.
